Trixie – terrarium sand (with clay) – substrate for the terrarium, ideal for burrow-digging species. Due to its structure it is ideal as a material for building shelters, burrows and tunnels, as well as for forming a background in the terrarium. It retains its moisture content for a long time, making it possible to achieve a near-natural environment. Cave sand encourages the animals to behave naturally. Approximately 20 hours after the structure has been formed, the clay stiffens, providing a stable and durable structure.
