Exo Terra Monsoon Solo II

Exo Terra Monsoon Solo II is a compact misting system for the terrarium or paludarium. Thanks to the timer integrated into the housing, you can program the length and frequency of sprinkling, keeping in mind the needs of the animals and plants in your care.

The included nozzles create a fine mist of very fine droplets, which evenly waters the entire interior of the terrarium without irritating the inhabitants. Frequent misting has a positive effect on epiphytic plants such as orchids and bromeliads. It also simulates a wet season, which has a positive effect on the well-being of many animal species and stimulates them to reproduce. The misting system works well not only in tropical but also in desert terraria allowing the morning mist effect to be simulated. Maintaining adequate humidity in the tank plays a key role in the moulting process and prevents respiratory problems.

Thanks to the handy buttons on the front panel, you can set the misting frequency (from 1 to 24 cycles per day). The length of a single cycle can vary from 2 seconds to 2 minutes. The large reservoir allows water to be easily refilled every few days. The long, flexible tubes included in the kit make it possible to place the unit in the cabinet under the terrarium. You can extend the Exo Terra Monsoon kit with additional nozzles, available in our offer. This makes it possible to spray one larger tank or several smaller terrariums with one set. The small Exo Terra Monsoon Solo II system allows a maximum of 2 nozzles to be used (1 additional nozzle), for the larger Monsoon Multi II – 6 nozzles (4 additional nozzles). Please note that each additional nozzle will reduce the performance of each nozzle installed.
