Arcadia Reptile Ceramic Heater

Arcadia Reptile Ceramic Heater is a ceramic heat emitter that produces high-quality, long-range deep infrared radiation.

Because the emitter emits infrared, it does not emit visible light. It is therefore ideal as a heating source not only during the day, but also at night without disturbing the basic diurnal rhythms with unwanted light. The radiant heater is the perfect solution for animals that are active after dusk.

To ensure ideal heat transfer for your pet, place a thick natural stone or a thick layer of substrate that absorbs temperature well. Adjust the distance between the emitter and the substrate to suit your species’ needs.

We recommend that the Arcadia Reptile ceramic heat emitter is used with a pulse thermostat.

Ceramic heat emitters can get very hot, so for the safety of the animals and your own, it is important that they are only used with an E27 ceramic holder of the correct wattage, that they are not placed directly on flammable materials or other electrical components and that they are properly protected, for example using a mesh cover.
