HabiStat Vermiculite Substrate – Coarse

HabiStat Vermiculite is a substrate made from exfoliated volcanic rock, making it an ideal choice as an egg-laying substrate or a natural incubation medium.

Vermiculite retains high humidity exceptionally well and is resistant to decomposition and mold, making it a great choice for terrariums. Small spiders and other invertebrates requiring high humidity will thrive on this substrate.

Instructions for use:

Moisten the substrate to the desired level of humidity to create a habitat for invertebrates, or mix it with HabiStat Coconut Fibre to create a texture suitable for digging. For egg incubation, add water to achieve the required level of humidity to ensure proper conditions for the eggs.
